"Worry" Seminar



Seminar on
“WORRY”
Saturday, 27th June, 2009
2:30 PM to 6 PM

1. This seminar, conducted in English, is organized for Family Life Enrichment to provide practical and easy steps to manage worry. It can:
· Help you if you are going through a worrying patch in your life.
· Equip you to help your children, siblings, friends, etc. when they encounter with worry.

2. Please share this seminar with your friends, share the above purposes with them and invite them!

3. Tickets are on sale now! You can get your tickets at $10 per person, to cover snacks and resource material, at the Church office (on the third floor) or through your SG leaders.

4. Seminar Leader: John Louis bio:

John Louis holds a Master Degree in Counselling from Monash University of Melbourne, Australia. He is a Professional Member of both the American and the Australian Counselling Associations; and a Registered Counsellor with the Singapore Association for Counselling. John is also a member of the International Society for Schema Therapy (ISST) and is a certified Schema Therapist, personally trained by Dr. Jeffrey Young, the Founder of Schema Therapy.

Motivated by their passion to meet the needs of the “emotionally needy”, John and Karen Louis founded Movie TherapyTM in Singapore. Movie TherapyTM is a breakthrough therapy approach that uses movies as a counselling tool to help people work through their life issues with the help of a qualified counsellor. In 2005, Movie TherapyTM became the recipient of the Comcare Enterprise Fund launched by Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and awarded by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth & Sports.
